Inmates often use their mattress as a barrier of sorts to clock windows or doors causing security risks. With our 3-piece mattress solution, we’ve created 3 mini mattress blocks that combine to form one 75” long mattress, thereby eliminating the ability for the inmates to block these entrances.

• 100% sealed seams – uses radio frequency to close seams
• Sealed seams prevent lice, bed bug or liquids from penetrating the mattress.
• No thread to break or tamper with
• Seam strength in excess of 50 lbs
• Certified fire resistant
• 3 ply cover. Two layers and heavy-duty vinyl laminate bonded to strong synthetic scrim for greater durability
• 12 oz. core, 5” densified 100% polyester compressed to a 4” finished height
