Please note any damaged or missing merchandise on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery!  Be sure you inspect and confirm the count before you sign for shipment.  If you notice any discrepancies, missing merchandise or damaged product – be sure to mark them on the freight receipt!  If you do not note them, you release liability from the freight carriers and they will not pay a claim.  Please understand, once the merchandise leaves our facility it is in the hands of the shipping company.
