Economical alternative to the perfect Print® pad, these pads feature a firm thermoplastic surface helping ink rise to the surface of the pad quickly and prevents dry or worn spots from forming over time. Black fingerprints are produced which meet all state and federal agency requirements. Can simply rub the fingers together to remove any remaining ink residue or wipe clean with a cloth. Dries almost instantly on the card, preventing smudging or smearing. The Desktop pad has mounting brackets.
