Engineered using a full-cut oversized pattern, these pants accommodate a wide range of body types, delivering flexibility, ease of movement, and a consistently uniform appearance across varied populations — ideal for high-volume facilities.

Constructed from 7.5 oz. heavyweight industrial-grade twill fabric (65% polyester / 35% combed cotton), these pants are built to withstand repeated high-temperature industrial washing and drying cycles without fading, shrinking, or breaking down. The fabric maintains long-term performance thanks to chlorine resistance and exceptional wear strength.

All seams are triple-needle stitched with bonded dual active thread, allowing seams to stretch — not split — under pressure, while bartacked reinforcement at key stress areas ensures maximum garment longevity.

The slip-on elastic waistband, constructed from specially woven 26-gauge heat-resistant rubber elastic, retains its stretch and shape even after hundreds of laundering cycles. With a mock fly and no zippers, buttons, or snaps, this design eliminates points of failure and enhances both comfort and safety inside the facility.

Featuring a no-pocket security design, these pants prevent contraband concealment and speed up facility pat-downs and inspection procedures — supporting compliance with institutional safety standards.
