Whether you're transporting an inmate between institutions or to a court date, feel safe with the Hiatt waist-chains. Available with handcuff positioned at each hip limiting the inmate's mobility and offering an option of either parallel arm or cross-arm-handcuffing technique. It is also available with chain link handcuffs positioned at front center allowing for limited use of the hands. Both designs feature handcuffs with an 18 tooth, 3 retaining bar system, paired with a positive swing-through action, built-in back-loading for fast cuffing with oversized rivet heads for added strength and side double locks. Two standard keys included. Option: Handcuffs at hip or naval.
