All of our low prices are FOB our factory, warehouse or distribution centers. All freight charges are additional and will be added to your invoice.

Returns & Exchanges:
Returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods. Restocking fees may apply. Custom-made products may NOT be returned.

Damaged Or Missing Merchandise:
Please note any damaged or missing merchandise on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery! Be sure you inspect and confirm the count before you sign for them. If you notice any discrepancies, missing merchandise or damaged product - be sure to mark them on the receipt! If you do not note them, you release liability from the freight carriers and they will not pay a claim. Please understand, once the merchandise leaves our facility it is in the hands of the shipping company.
