These open delivery carts allow visibility throughout the entire cart for security and easy viewing procedures. Trays are suspended on slides with easy access to individual random meals. The open design facilitates quick and efficient cleaning between meals. Aluminum or stainless steel open delivery carts have a 48 tray configurations and are engineered for years of maintenance-free operations. Each compartment is equipped with two vertical pan stops in the center which are attached to the cart’s top and bottom. A tray retention device, constructed from 1/4” diameter stainless steel rod, is attached to the cart at each compartment opening (the retention device is held securely in place during transit). Holds 48 hot trays.
